FMP’s experience in building pressure vessels is backed by ASME U Stamp certification to ensure full compliance for safety and quality.
For nearly two decades, FMP has designed and built pressure vessels for numerous industries around Southeast Asia. The longest pressure vessels ever built by FMP were three units of surge vessels each reaching 31 metres (101ft) in length.
All pressure vessels are designed and built to Section VIII Div. 1 and Section 1 of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Manufacturing documents are compliant to the ASME Code requirements and will trace the origins of materials, assembly, weld data and tests.
FMP is familiar with local regulations set by the Malaysian Department of Safety and Health (DOSH) and Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) relating to inspecting and commissioning of pressure vessels.
Knowledge of these requirements means advice can be given to you and minimize any guesswork for your projects.
